Elizabeth H. Bates, CLA (Certified Paralegal), received her Associate of Applied Science Degree in 1995 from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies. She has held a national certification through the National Association of Legal Assistants/Paralegals ("NALA") since 1997, and is a member of the Houston Area Paralegal Association - Family Law Section. As a member of the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Association - Paralegal Division in 1999, she successfully appealed a social security administration case at the ALJ level.
She has concentrated exclusively in the area of Family Law for more than 12 years and has a total of 15 years experience in the legal community. Throughout her years of tenure, she has gained extensive experience in case management, custody cases, enforcements, and trial preparation and attendance. Her favorite niche thus far has been in jury trials. She has been a part of the Myres, Dale & Associates family for a total of about 2 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and in her Christian ministry.
