Denise Guajardo Khoury received her JD from South Texas College of Law, where she served as the president of the International Law Society and wrote articles as a member for the Currents International Trade Law Journal. During her legal studies, Ms. Khoury clerked in the 14th Court of Appeals under the Honorable John Anderson, interned in the Harris County District Attorney's Office in the Asset Forfeiture Division, clerked in the 257th Family Law District Court of Harris County with the Honorable Linda Motheral and Associate Judge David Farr, and interned with the Family Law Section of Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P. where, among other things, she spearheaded the management of the firm's pro bono cases affiliated with the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program. Additionally, Ms. Khoury became a certified mediator, Collaborative Law attorney, and amicus attorney, and enjoyed being a volunteer instructor with the Houston Bar Association in their Eighth Grade Mock Trial Program teaching young students how to prepare and try a case at the end of the semester.

Ms. Khoury received her undergraduate degree in International Studies and Business Administration from University of St. Thomas where she graduated Cum Laude, was on the Dean's List for five consecutive semesters, and was an active member of the English Honor Society Sigma Tau Delta, the International Honor Society, and the International Honor Society in Philosophy.

Denise Guajardo Khoury joined the law firm of Myres, Dale & Associates, P.C. 2005 and practices exclusively in the area of family law. She is fluent in Spanish and is a member of the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section; American Bar Association Family Law Section; Houston Bar Association Family Law Section; Association of Women Attorneys; The Collaborative Law Institute of Texas; and The Burta Rhoads Raborn Family Law Inn of Court. She has two beautiful children, a wonderful husband whom she considers her best friend, and enjoys discussing politics, traveling, scuba diving (PADI certified advanced diver), and Hot Yoga in her spare time.
